Quintin Cassady is the Vice President and General Counsel for Galderma Laboratories L.P. based in Fort Worth Texas, has been in that capacity for over 15 years. Headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, Galderma is a global leader focused on enhancing the quality of life by delivering science-based solutions for the health of skin, hair and nails.  His duties at Galderma include: serving on the leadership team for North America; closely managing and settling all litigations; negotiating and integrating new products and company acquisitions; and overseeing departments responsible for legal, risk management and facility matters for Galderma’s prescription, self-medication and aesthetic/corrective business units. Quintin has successfully managed over 25 Hatch Waxman litigations, various Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings and numerous other transactional IP disputes.
